Ally Dealer Services Terms of Use

Welcome to Ally Dealer Services ("Ally"). Please review these Terms of Use ("Terms"), which may be changed from time to time. These Terms apply to all users of www.ally.com/dealer (the "Site"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this Site.

Your Authority

By logging on to the Site, you agree that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the dealership for which you work.

People Authorized to Use the Site

Only employees of properly licensed motor vehicle dealerships that have an existing business relationship with Ally may log on and use this Site. Your customers and suppliers are not allowed to use this Site.

Your Information

You agree that any information you submit to Ally while using the Site is accurate and complete. Such information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy(http://ally.com/privacy.html).

Chat

When you visit the Ally Site, we may, in our sole discretion, make available to you an interactive online chat service ("Chat"). Chat is provided to you as a convenience only, to assist in your understanding of certain of Ally's products and services. Ally makes no warranty or representation that Chat will be available for any particular product or service (even if Chat is offered for a different Ally product or service), nor does Ally warrant that Chat will be available at any particular time of day or be free of fault or error

If you activate or accept a Chat interaction on our Site, we will try to provide you with accurate, current information related to your question. Nothing that Ally communicates as part of a Chat session will be considered a representation, warranty, or other legally binding agreement regarding anything discussed during such Chat, including Ally's products, services, policies, processes, decisions, or response times.

Ally employs encryption technology in its Chat service, and, for additional protection, Chat is only available to you after you log in with your user ID and password. However, we cannot guarantee protection from intruders or interceptors, so please keep that in mind when deciding whether or not you want to provide or request specific information.

Passwords

You are responsible for all activity that occurs while using your password and you must keep your password safe. Contact us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your password.

Account Access

From time to time, Ally may make information relating to our retail installment sale and lease customers available to you. You will only obtain such information where it is necessary to process a transaction requested by the customer, or where such information is used for joint marketing activities as permitted under a Joint Marketing Agreement between your dealership and Ally. Any other use of such information is prohibited, unless Ally agrees in writing.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, licensed, or reposted to other websites without the express written permission of Ally Financial Inc. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this website to create or compile a collection, database or compilation without prior written permission from Ally Financial Inc. is strictly prohibited.
